Our global team

We are proud to work with an excellent team of consultants and trainers, the majority of whom are business psychologists. Each member of the team brings a wealth of experience, and across our business we have a real diversity of interests and expertise.

Most people in our team work with us on an associate basis and we find that this brings some real advantages. It means that we are able to draw from a much broader base of skills and expertise than we would with a team consisting mostly of employees. It also means that we can match people to projects in a more effective way, ensuring that individuals not only work on projects that they are well-placed to deliver, but that they also do work that they get personal satisfaction from.

Our team spans multiple countries, allowing us to support our clients on a global basis in a cost effective manner. Having locally based consultants for international projects, such as training delivery, also enables us to be more sensitive to the local context. Wherever possible we look to play to the strengths, expertise and passions of our team so that we can deliver the best service to our clients and help those who work with us to be at their best.
