Barclays Capital

We have worked with Barclays Capital on a number of projects in recent years including training for both the front office and back office parts of the business. Many of these projects have been delivered on a global basis in locations such as New York, Singapore, Tokyo and Hong Kong as well as the UK. Projects have included the following;

• Management Skills Training – a modular training programme for VPs within the bank which includes sessions in the areas of Emotional Intelligence, Professional Presence and Managing Change.
• HR Development Centre - highly flexible development centres designed and delivered for people managers within the HR function.
• Interview Skills Training – practical and interactive workshops helping to improve the quality of interviewing for managers across the bank.
• Career Development Workshops – short half day sessions helping staff from front office and back office functions to consider their career options and reflect on their personal strengths.
