Barclays Corporate

We have delivered a number of projects for Barclays Corporate, some of which have been rolled-out on a global basis. These have included;

• Coaching Skills Workshops - a one day workshop helping people managers from across the business improve their coaching skills.
• Mentoring Workshops – design and delivery of workshops for both mentors and mentees to help them get the most from these important relationships in the business.
• Management Skills Training – delivery of management skills modules including Managing Change, Emotional Intelligence and Professional Presence to managers in the UK and India.
