Using a strengths-based approach we redesigned the graduate recruitment and selection process for E&Y – from the Milkround events through to the final decision-making process and everything inbetween, including an application form, interviews and an assessment centre. A clear focus throughout the project was producing a solution that was aligned to the E&Y brand. We wanted the process to provide candidates with a realistic preview of what it would be like to work at E&Y – the process needed to select the best graduates in terms of ability, but we also wanted it to provide candidates with the information they needed to make an informed choice about whether E&Y was the right employer for them.
