British Foreign and Commonwealth Office

We have been working with the Foreign and Commonwealth Office for a number of years supporting their ADC process, which assesses readiness for promotion at several levels within the organisation. Working alongside other suppliers and Foreign Office staff, our associates form part of the assessment team in the ADC process observing candidates in a range of exercises, writing reports and providing coaching and feedback following the assessment process. We also support the office with half day ‘Peak Performance’ workshops which introduce a range of techniques that delegates can use to improve their effectiveness and minimise the impact of stress.
