Managing diversity is very important to PHSO. When they appointed us to provide their diversity training, they were keen to make sure that all of their staff had the same understanding of what managing diversity means within the organisation. In consultation with PHSO, we designed and delivered a range of bespoke diversity awareness and diversity management sessions tailored to different audiences (new joiners, members of staff, managers and the senior management team). Although the length and content of the sessions varied according to need, all of the workshops we delivered were lively, interactive and thought-provoking covering a range of issues from equality legislation through to managing different working styles.
